During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, SCIG will continue to follow the guide of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee and the Sichuan Provincial Government in terms of SOEs reform, stick to the CPC’s leadership and the market-oriented development principle, grasp the opportunity of reorganizing state-owned capital investment company, put into practice the vision of innovative, coordinated, green, open and inclusive development, adhere to the principle of “prioritizing industrial development, strategic thinking, innovative development and financing capabilities”, implement the “3233” strategy (which means the company should focus on three orientations, rely on two powerful weapons and three guaranteed methods, and three pathways toward success) in order to achieve rapid development, and build the company into a first-class comprehensive asset investment company in China’s western region.
